| Schedule: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your team's scheduled photo shoot time.

1. Pictures will be chosen, orders placed, and payments are made on-site at the time of your photo shoot!
You will have the chance to view the player pictures and choose your package on site! We ensure that we take pictures that you will be happy with…and if you’re not happy, we will take more photos on site.
All players will receive the following from the organization:
a digital 8x10 Player with Team image (sent via email)
a printed 8x10 Player with Team photo in a show-off easel (delivered to the organization)
2. Please print off, fill out, and bring the information / order form with you to the photo shoot.
Payments accepted by Credit Card, Debit Card, eTransfer, or Cash at the time of order.

Players should arrive in full uniform.
5. Schedule: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your team's scheduled photo shoot time.
6. TEAM PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN.
We will be taking team pictures (that is a picture of all players and coaches standing together) instead of piecing players together. Any players who can't make the team's scheduled time slot can still come in for their picture. They will still get a Player with Team image, however they will be marked as missing from the team portion of this image.
NOTE: To maintain a high-quality product and a consistent look, we will not photoshop individual players or coaches into the team photo.
