All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
Withdrawals before teams are formed or uniforms are ordered: $100 non-refundable fee
Withdrawals after teams are formed or uniforms are ordered, whichever comes first: $125 non-refundable fee
No refunds after the first game weekend, except for board-approved medical reasons
Refund exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the SLAM Executive/Board; however, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, a minimum $125 fee will apply to cover SLAM’s non-recoverable costs such as RAMP/payment processing fees and uniform costs
